Today we will have Immigration Officers visiting our campus.
Please come to the Immigration Service session and apply for your Alien
Registration Card.
When: 10:00-17:00 (Please arrive before 16:00)
Where : Visual Conference Room (Yulgok Hall #151)
Required documents :
1. Passport
2. Copy of Passport and Visa (front page of your passport showing your
photo and the visa page)
3. 1 color photo (size:3.5cm*4.5cm) - white background
4. Application form for foreign registration
5. Certificate of Enrollment(issued at Ajou Service Center, KRW 500)
6. Fee - KRW 30,000
- Preparing copy of Passport and Visa / fill out Application form TODAY. If

수원출입국관리사무소의 방문이 예정되어 있습니다.
외국인 등록카드 발급을 위해, 영상회의실 (율곡관 151)로 구비서류와 함께
방문해주시기 바랍니다.
구비서류 1. 여권 2. 여권과 비자 사본 3. 사진 1매(흰 배경, 3.5cm x 4.5cm)
4. 신고서 5. 재학증명서 6. 수수료 30,000
