AJOU Brown Bag Meeting with President Kim
We’d like to inform you that the sixth and seventh AJOU Brown Bag Meeting with President Kim will be held soon.
The Brown Bag Meeting with the President Dong Yeon Kim will take place during lunch time on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Participants will engage in dialogue on any topics they would like, rather than setting ones in advance.
About 20 students will be invited to each Brown Bag Meeting based on prior applications made via the Ajou University website. Participants will be selected in the order of their applications, and those who are not chosen will be given priority for the following sessions.
Those who want to participate in this meeting are required to apply for participation of Brown Bag Meeting. For more details, please refer to the information below.
- Application Period : from May. 6th(Wed) to Jun. 1st(Mon) 11:00 a.m.

- Subject : Anyone of Graduate school students and Undergraduate students in Ajou University.
- The number of Participant : 20 Enrolled students (on a first-come first-served basis)

* The sixth Ajou Brown Bag meeting : May 20th(Wed) from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
* The seventh Ajou Brown Bag meeting : Jun. 3rd (Wed) from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
- Location : the first Conference room (#204) in Yulgok Hall
“Brown Bag Meeting” means a small number of people talking over lunch, and the term was created because the sandwiches or salads, etc. eaten for lunch usually come in brown bags.
