[Notice] Application period for changing classes, Spring 2015
1. Application Period for changing classes
: Mar. 05th(Thu) ~ Mar.09th(Mon), 2015
2. Subject
: All Subjects except for English Classes for exemption from foreign language test
3. Procedure of Application for changing classes
- Course Registration : Login to AIMS2 portal website → '학사(대학원) Academic Information for Graduate School'
→ 교과수업 Class Info → '수강신청 Course Registration' (click the menu of Department/major or check the open
courses list') → '저장save' → Check 'Course Registration Information'
- After changing classes within the designated period, students have to get a confirmation of classes again from
applicable academic advisor. (If an academic advisor is not assigned, should get the confirmation from dean of
department)
- Before application for classes, students are required to confirm the credits for completion of each department and to
check credits and courses to take from department office. This step will not cause any problems with graduation or
completion of courses.
- After applying for classes, make sure to confirm the status of class registration to avoid the case of not receiving the
credits at the end of the semester due to the error in class registration.
