[Notice] Submission of Thesis plan for Fall, 2014

About Submission of thesis plan

 

We inform you the schedule and procedure of submitting the thesis plan for enrolled students in Master’s, Doctorate, and Integrated program for Fall semester, 2014. Those who scheduled to submit the thesis plan have to submit it to Department office within the designated period as below.

 

1. Eligibility

- Master’s program and Integrated program : Students who earned 12 credits or more of Major course

- Doctorate program : Students who earned 9 credits or more of Major course

Submission of Thesis plan is the previous step for submitting the dissertation later. So those who scheduled to submit the thesis for degree after spring semester in 2015 have to thesis plan in this semester.

 

2. Period of submission

Oct.16th(Thu), 2014 ~ Oct.20th(Mon), 2014

 

3. Procedure

Login to AIMS2 Portal website > Academic Information for Graduate school (대학원학사) > Graduation(졸업) > Register Thesis Plan(논문계획서 등록) > Input the title of the Thesis Plan > Output the cover of Thesis Plan > Prepare the contents of Thesis Plan > Get a Signature from Academic Advisor > Submit it to the office of applicable department.

 

4. Notes

- Student can print out the cover of Thesis plan from Aims Portal website after writing the detailed parts from form of Thesis plan. It means, You need to write the answer of questions (1~5) from form of thesis plan (Attacehd File 1) and have to submit it to the department office.

- If the student who want to change the title of Thesis after submitting thesis plan, you need to submit the statement of reasons (Attached File 2) to the department office.
