[Notice] Period of Application for Classes (Change)

Period of application for classes(Change)


It starts from Sep.11th(Thu) to Sep.12th(Fri), 2014. (Only 2 Days)

The Procedure of Application for classes is below.

 

A. Syllabus Check : Login to AIMS2 website(portal.ajou.ac.kr) → '학사(대학원) Academic Information for Graduate School' → ‘교과수업(Class Info.)'(on the upper side) → 'Timetable/Syllabus search' (on the left side)

 

B. Course Registration : Login to AIMS2 website → '학사(대학원) Academic Information for Graduate School' → '수강신청 Course Registration' (click the menu of Department/major or check the open courses list') → '저장save' → 'Course Registration Information'

 

C. Confirmation of Academic Advisor : Use the AIMS of faculty to obtain the confirmation of classes from the applicable academic advisor (If an academic advisor is not assigned, should get the confirmation from Dean of the department)

 

In the event of not obtaining the confirmation for classes from the academic advisor after the computer input, application will not be accepted successfully.

 

After applying for class, make sure to confirm the status of class registration that there would be no case of not receiving the credits at the end of the semester due to the error in class registration.
